Formally educated as an Industrial & Organizational Psychologist-Practitioner and raised in a multi-generational family of dentists and physicians, founder Ryan Kellogg developed a unique perspective at the intersection of healthcare, people operations, and organizational performance.

After years leading high-performance HR and operational people functions inside one of the world’s most demanding and operationally disciplined organizations, he observed the same pattern repeatedly across independent medical and dental practices: exceptional clinicians struggling under the weight of staffing instability, leadership challenges, and workplace dysfunction without the internal infrastructure needed to support sustainable execution.
